After a cancelled flight, I really needed a place to crash for the night. The staff were super helpful, even allowing me to chill in the lobby until everything was sorted out. The room was cozy enough, but the layout felt a bit tight. We had some nice snacks during the social, which was a bonus for sure!

The kitchenette offered convenience, though a lingering food smell was present. Breakfast selections catered well to various tastes. try to arrive early for a quieter dining experience.

Family with children, Should be better!

The staff were friendly, like I'd just walked into a family gathering. One morning, the breakfast lady had this amazing spread with pork alternatives, and I had a great chat with her about my favorite dishes.

The shuttle service in the morning was chaotic, as it provided limited space for many guests needing rides to the airport, resulting in unnecessary stress for some.

Our family enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for us and our special needs son's autism support dog. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we loved the clean pool area that provided a chance for relaxation after long days.
